This collection of fruit and vegetable guides is part of the Capital Area Food Bank’s work to not only acquire and distribute healthy food, but also to educate the community about how to maximize their food budget and cook at home.

The guides, available below in English, Spanish, Arabic, French and Vietnamese, provide storage advice, recommended uses, nutrition facts, pairing suggestions and helpful tips for many of the produce items we distribute throughout the year. If you are a CAFB partner and are interested in physical copies of these cards for distributing to your clients, please contact us!
