Spring is in the air and salad is on the brain! And while the Curly and Dino kale grow bigger by the day in the CAFB urban demonstration garden, anticipation for the release date of our cookbook Bountiful Bowls is growing too. Just this week we sorted through hundreds upon hundreds of mouthwatering food pics. In the spirit of spring, kale and leafy green love, here’s a taste of what’s on the horizon in Bountiful Bowls.
