A new option for affordable groceries has arrived in Maryland! The food bank is thrilled to announce the expansion of its Curbside Groceries initiative into Prince George’s County. Curbside Groceries, which currently operates in DC’s Ward 8, is a mobile grocery truck designed to create equitable access to nutritious food at affordable prices by serving residents in areas with few nutritious grocery options.

Hundreds of people from throughout our region marched at the first ever Grocery Walk to raise our voices and show our common commitment to ending the food injustice in Wards 7 and 8.
